AMAN SABHARWAL, DDS
Dr. Sabharwal completed his BS in computer science at Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!). He found his true passion in dentistry, though he still enjoys learning about advances in computer science. Dr. S’s desire to help people achieve a higher quality of life by creating healthy smiles motivated him to enter the dental field. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia in 2011. After Dr. S completed his degree, he participated in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AGED) program at Temple University where he was able to develop his skills in dental specialties by working alongside a prosthodontist, endodontist, orthodontist, and periodontist. This advanced education allowed Dr. S to better understand comprehensive care and full-mouth rehabilitation.
Highly respected in the dental community, Dr. S holds memberships in the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. S is listed as a preferred Invisalign provider and has also completed several implant certification courses. Dr. S has a passion for continued education and belongs to an implant study club and is also a member of the Aspen Dental Implant Center.
Dr. S grew up in nearby Herndon, VA, where his father, brother and his brother's family still reside. Dr. S and his wife and children moved back to the area in 2012 to be closer to their families. He and his wife spend a lot of time playing with their two boys who love kickball and bike riding. When he has free time, Dr. S enjoys football (watching, playing and fantasy league) and is a lifelong Hokies and Redskins fan.
